The activities offer are free and held with the agreement of all, with the exception of calligraphy workshop where participation costs are low.
During the summer, we organize a celebration of music whose dates may coincide with your stay.
Any proposed activities are welcome.
OUR ACTIVITIES :
We have in our property a bread oven that allows to us traditional baking breads and other baking dish.
Concerning bread making, everyone is hands-on and offers personal dishes to cook in the oven and then to share during festive meals.
Our property has a big shared pool, which permits to our hosts relaxation and cooling.
The festive meals are various : méchoui (whole sheep barbecue), paella, couscous, cassoulet, barbecue, and regional meals such as inter alia, foie gras, confits and gizzards, and so on.
These meals take place in a cordial and friendly atmosphere. The costs are shared.
Departure in the cool morning for walks in the countryside around the property and Dégagnac.
Back to property for lunch or snacks.
The festive meals are extended by evenings around a campfire, for vigils at night, served with a tea.
This workshop is open to all to discover the basic gestures, different scripts and their history.
Participation fee to predict.
Lot's cities which presents interesting sites include GOURDON, ROCAMADOUR, CAHORS, SAINT-CIRQ LAPOPIE, etc.
The Dordogne is very close, so you have the opportunity to visit also SARLAT-LA-CANÉDA, DOMME, LA ROQUE-GAGEAC and others. Visit these sites is highly recommended.
In addition to these cities, you can visit the amazing ABYSS OF PADIRAC, THE FOREST OF THE APES, THE ROCK OF EAGLES, LASCAUX and LACAVE'S CAVES, villages like EYZIES or BOURNAT, etc.
You will find weekly markets and summer festivals in Salviac, Gourdon, Cazals, Cénac, Sarlat, etc.
